Return Policy

Unsatisfied Purchases

365Print strives to make customers feel protected and satisfied with their all purchases. If a customer is not satisifed with any purchased item(s) within 5 days after receiving the product(s), the customer could ask for an exchange or return the product(s) for a store credit. The item must be in the following condition:

  • No damage to the item
  • The item must be returned in its original package
  • The item must be usable. If the product is defective, our team will examine it and provide an evaluation
  • The item must not be used over 50% of capacity (applicable to ink cartridge and lasers. Certain items will be different)

Warranty

365Print provides 6 months warranty for all defective product(s). The customer has the rights to ask for an exchange or the return the product(s) for a store credit. The product(s) must meet the following condition:

  • No damage to the item
  • The item must be returned in its original package

If your items pass the conditions above, please use the Return Form on http://www.365print.hk/en/account/return/insert.

All products returned to 365Print would be under review. 365Print holds the rights to the decision to the returned items. 365Print's decision is final and conclusive in any dispute.

Return Procedure

Once 365Print agrees to exchange your product(s) or give a store credit, we will provide steps through email or telephone to return the purchased item. Returning the item through courier may be the customer's responsibility and the cost will be paid by the customer.
